1) Drink plenty of water - Rehydrate with water or juices frequently. Drink tea and coffee in moderation.
2) Make yourself comfortable - Loosen your clothing, remove your jacket and avoid anything pressing against your body that constricts your blood circulation.
3) Keep moving - Light exercises on your lower legs and calf muscles encourages blood flow and helps reduce muscle fatigue and swelling in the feet.
4) Travel Lightly - Carry only essential items that you will need during your flight.
5) Wear glasses instead of contact lenses - Cabin air is drier than normal therefore we recommend that you wear glasses during flights.
6) Use skin moisturizer - Apply a good quality skin moisturizer to ensure your skin doesn't dry out due to the drier cabin air.
